Class Description:​
​
Mobility Circuit will split its time using the incredible Stick Mobility technology to improve strength in difficult-to-achieve ranges of movement and will concentrate on using yoga tune-up massage balls to relieve tension in stuck tissue. Pam will lead the class in basic mobility drills to continue the progress toward an optimally balanced body capable of performing its varied daily tasks and desired sports.
