Better Body Bootcamp with Katie Ireland (Options for 6 days/week)

Class Description:​ 

Better Body Bootcamp is a women-only training program that will challenge you in a fun, dynamic, and judgment-free environment that incorporates functional movement, coordination, agility drills, cardiovascular and resistance training, core strength development, postural awareness, and flexibility education. The workouts are designed to suit all levels and can be adapted to meet your fitness level and goals at any stage of the program. This bootcamp incorporates body weight, tubing, hand weights, and more to create a unique program every time you attend. Participants are invited to a private Facebook group for accountability, lifestyle & and fitness tips, nutrition advice, and more.


Katie Ireland’s involvement in the world of fitness training spans two decades. As a competitive athlete and dedicated professional, Katie has focused on hard work, sharing her passion with others and always keeping in touch with the latest trends in fitness. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University.

Weekly Schedule of Better Body Bootcamp Classes:

  • Monday: Bootcamp In-Person - 8:00 p.m. – 8:45 p.m. (Lady Evelyn Public School Gym)

  • Tuesday: Bootcamp Online - 7:15 – 8:00 a.m. (Online)

  • Wednesday: Bootcamp In-Person - 7:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (Lady Evelyn Public School Gym)

  • Thursday: Bootcamp Online - 7:15 – 8:00 a.m. (Online)

  • Friday: Weights and Women Online - 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. (Online)

  • Saturday: Butts and Guts Online - 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. (Online)


Late Fall 2023 Better Body Bootcamp Pricing (7 Weeks):

  • $252.00 (+GST) - Pick 4 - 4 Classes/Week (Mix On-Line (Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat) and In-Person (Mon/Wed) classes)

  • $231.00 (+GST) - Pick 3 - 3 Classes/Week (Mix On-Line (Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat) and In-Person (Mon/Wed) classes)

  • $168.00 (+GST) - 2 x In-Person or Online Classes/Week

  • $105.00 (+GST) - 1 x In-Person or Online Classes/Week

  • $18.00 (+GST) - Drop-In Class


Better Body Bootcamp Multipass Option


CAG offers you the option to buy a 10-class multipass that you can use to register for any Better Body Bootcamp class (in-person or online) within a 6-month period from the date of purchase.

This provides you with the most flexibility to take the Better Body Bootcamp classes that work for you.

Price: $150.00 (+GST) - Multipass (10 classes to be used anytime within 6 (six) months from the date of purchase, non-refundable)

Step 1:  You need to purchase a Multipass from the CAG Store using your Amilia account (see Multipass Purchase Process below) first, then

Step 2: Select the current Better Body Bootcamp class you want to attend by clicking on the "Drop-In" button for that class. A calendar will appear at the bottom of the page and you can select the class (or classes) you want to register for.
