Dates: April 8th to June 24th, 2024 (11 weeks)*

            (Please note: There is no class on May 20th, 2024)
Day/Time:  Mondays, 6:20 pm to 7:20 pm (see note below)

Location: Online & Old Town Hall (in-person)

Pricing:  $121.00 (+GST) - 11 Classes (Prorated for late registrations)​

Class Description:​

​

(Beginner/Intermediate) - In-Person & Online A workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body. This is a full-body technique that works through the muscle chains, liberating and empowering the muscles, and relieving them from tension in the process.

Instructor:

​

Pam Forth is a well-known Pilates teacher in Ottawa having over 25 years of training in many different movement modalities. A lover of learning, most recently she was certified in Essentrics™ created by Miranda Esmonde-White, a New York Times bestseller author of Forever Painless well known for Classical Stretch and Aging Backwards can be seen on PBS. As a former modern dancer, she has found the Essentrics™ a wonderful way to move the body in a fluid motion while conditioning all the muscles in the body in a safe and gentle way.

Class Notes:

​This class will be offered in Hybrid mode, with in-person classes happening at Old Town Hall and Pam will use Zoom to broadcast the class live. Recordings of the class will not be available.​
