Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Winter 2022)

Wednesdays: 6:30 - 8:00 pm (Beginner/Intermediate) Re-connect with your mind and body in this active yoga practice. Each class includes breath awareness, postures, and the linking of both. A variety of standing and seated postures, balancing poses, back bends, twists, and inversions will be linked to create a flow or “vinyasa.” Good form and alignment is emphasized. Instructor: Peter Kusovac was certified as a yoga instructor in 2003. He continues to train with Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee, Yogi Vishvketu and others and integrates these experiences in his teaching.
