Fridays 12:15 - 1:00 pm Stick Mobility is a training system that improves your flexibility, strength, and coordination. The exercises use a stick as a tool to improve range of motion, muscle activation, coordination, and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement. The system combines joint mobilization, strength training, and active stretching techniques to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury, and accelerate recovery. In this 45 min class the equipment you will need is a stick, ideally the Orange Stick created for this method, but any stick will do such as a broomstick or a wooden dowel, and a sturdy chair or bench, and a mat. Instructor: Pamela Forth is a Level 2 certified Stick Mobility™ coach and has used this method for many of her private clients who experience great results.
