Session 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:15 am - 9:30 am $201 - 2 classes per week $115 - 1 class per week This class will give you the total body workout you are looking for. Forty minutes of cardio and strength intervals, followed by twenty minutes of core exercises. You are guaranteed to improve your strength, muscle tone and flexibility. Instructor: Christine Johnson. After years of taking fitness classes as a participant, and enjoying working as a public school teacher and principal, when Christine transitioned out of her first career as an educator, she chose to certify as a specialized fitness instructor for seniors. It was such a natural 'fit'. For the past five years, Christine has taught Cardio and Strength and Tone classes across the City's recreational facilities and with CAG at the Old Town Hall for the past four years. She believes that the social connections are as important as the physical, mental and psychological benefits of participating in regular fitness classes.
