Monday: 7:00 – 7:50 p.m. Tuesday: 7:15 – 8:00 a.m. Wednesday: 7:00 - 7: 50 p.m. Thursday: 7:15 – 8:00 a.m. Friday: 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. Saturday: 9:00 - 9:30 a.m. $224.00 - 4 Classes/Week $154.00 - 2 Classes/Week $105.00 - 1 Class/Week ($90 if Mondays only - 1 week will be refunded) $18.00 - Single class/Drop-in Pass Better Body Bootcamp is a women's only training program that will challenge you in a fun, dynamic and judgement-free environment that incorporates functional movement, coordination, agility drills, cardiovascular and resistance training, core strength development, postural awareness and flexibility education. The workouts are designed to suit all levels and can be adapted to meet your fitness level and goals at any stage of the program. This bootcamp incorporates bodyweight, tubing, hand weights, and more to create a unique program every time you attend. Participants are invited to a private FaceBook group for accountability, lifestyle & fitness tips, nutrition advice, and more. Instructor: Katie Ireland’s involvement in the world of fitness training spans two decades. As a competitive athlete and dedicated professional, Katie has focused on hard work, sharing her passion with others and always keeping in touch with the latest trends in fitness. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University.
