Eat Well Be Well Workshops​

This Women's Day, give yourself the gift of feeling your best.

 

We're proud to launch a two-part workshop series focused on women's health and longevity, hosted by the incredible Kelly Beaton, MPA, RHN of Eat Well Be Well. These empowering workshops are all about giving women the tools to thrive - not just survive.​​​

Dates: Wednesday, March 4th and/or Wednesday April 22nd, 2026

Time: 6:30pm - 8:00pm

Location: Old Town Hall (61 Main Street)

Pricing: $25.00/workshop, $40.00/both​​

Each workshop is 90 minutes in length, with the final 30 minutes reserved for Q&A.

Navigating Perimenopause - Your Nutrition Guide to Feeling Like Yourself Again​

Perimenopause can bring shifts in energy, mood, sleep, metabolism, and cycle regularity. This supportive workshop will show you how the right nutrition strategies can make a real difference in how you feel every day.

  • Specific foods that can help reduce hot flashes, improve energy, and clear brain fog

Workshop 2 - April 22nd, 2026

Nutrition and the Aging Brain

Maintaining brain health becomes increasingly important as we age. This workshop explores the powerful connection between nutrition and cognitive function, revealing how the foods you eat today can protect your brain for years to come.

What You Will Learn:

  • Which nutrients are essential for brain health, and which foods provide them

  • Learn about the Mediterranean and MIND diets and why research shows they help protect against cognitive decline

  • Explore how inflammation, blood sugar, and gut health impact brain function, and understand which foods to emphasize and limit...and so much more

This workshop is wonderful for women interested in proactive brain health, caregivers of individuals with cognitive concerns, anyone with a family history of dementia seeking preventive strategies, and those wanting to prioritize cognitive wellness.​​
